This uses the suggested Recent Posts with Thumbnails widget.
Ensure that the 'Display post featured image' checkbox is ticked. We're using a width of 90 and a height of 60.

You can use the iFrame tab to get the code.
Alternatively, you could install the Jetpack plugin. That adds an easy to use Facebook widget you could just drop in.
