The footer in StartRight Pro is made up of 3 widgets, representing each column. You can edit them within Appearance > Widgets and look for Footer Column 1, Footer Column 2 and Footer Column 3.
Footer Column 1
In our demo, this is a simple text widget which contains the following markup:

The bit within the "" in the first section is a link to an image. You can upload your own image within the Media section of WordPress and paste in the resulting url in its place.

Footer Column 3
This is made up of two widgets - the Mailchimp Sign Up Form and the Social Media Icons from Jetpack.
MailChimp
Please see this knowledge base article on installing the MailChimp plugin. Once installed you'll be able to drag the MailChimp widget into this widget area.
Social Media Icons
This appears once you install the Jetpack plugin. Instructions are available here. The widget allows you to add icons for a number of social media services, just add your handle for any you wish to include.
